2.  Plan ahead and Order accordingly – orders are prepared and smoked INDIVIDUALLY AND PER EACH ORDER

3.  Confirm with us that the particular roast you seek to be smoked IS AVAILABLE and in stock.

4.  Confirm with us that the particular size roast you seek to be smoked, CAN BE READY for the date YOU plan to enjoy the roast.

5.  Stock will be confirmed and available weights be communicated with you, together with our pricing.

6.  Once stock and date is confirmed, pay the order ASAP to ensure we may reserve and put your name on it.

7.  We DO NOT prepare READY TO EAT smoked Angus Beef without proof of payment.

We CANNOT be responsible for:

–  late payments resulting in delivery dates not met, or
–  if a discussed roast is no longer available in the weight quoted because of payment delays.

Pricing is calculated on wet weight (before smoking):

Like all meats, smoked meat loses volume (approx 30-40%) in the smoker also.
Weight loss is common in all meat cooking – similar to weight loss in a conventional oven.

Example:  Ordering a 3kg brisket in wet weight will NOT result in a 3kg weight after smoking.
Consider ordering MORE than what you anticipate having on the table to eliminate disappointment in the volume of the end result.
