We want you to buy our products with complete confidence!
It’s really important to us that your delivery reaches you in excellent condition and with good service. We take care to pack the products carefully - all packs are vacuum packed.
We do carry stock of most items displayed on this website. Sometimes we can dispatch an order within a day or two of receiving an order (even on the same day if we have stock of an item). However, we aim to work with a planned delivery schedule for different areas and your order should reach you not more than seven days from receiving the order.
We are dependent on farmers, abattoirs, product manufacturers, etc who all strive to provide us with the best products we set out to supply. Please note that while all do their best to deliver within the timeslots stated, delays may occasionally occur while we strive to improve our delivery structure continuously. We recommend that you place your order well in advance to avoid any potential disappointment.
You are allowed to nominate a friend or neighbour to receive your order on your behalf (at your own risk) - should you not be able to receive same, or we were unable to make alternative arrangements to meet. This mostly applies to customers from outlying areas, though the option is available to all, providing that proper notification is given in writing by yourself that we may /should deliver to another party on your behalf. Should this option be followed, Karoo Braai Meat© Online Butchery cannot be held responsible for any loss or disagreement relating to the delivery of your order.
FOR MEAT CHECKOUT PURPOSES
We have TWO Delivery Options Available.
You will be requested to select the delivery option that best works for you.
Checkout cannot be finalised unless an option is selected.
Option 1:
We deliver to your door (at a higher price) per delivery, in the normal Port Elizabeth Suburbs (including Kini Bay, Seaview and Beachview and Sardinia Bay) (refer pricing below)
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided a full and correct delivery address. If our courier is unable to deliver due to insufficient address details, your order will be returned to us and the goods will be spoiled, we therefore cannot issue a refund or replacement in this instance.
Option 2:
We meet with you and 'deliver' to you (more economical) at one of two delivery /collection points designated for this kind of delivery (refer pricing below)
These are:
METLIFE Shopping Center Separate Parking area across from FNB, or
Fountains Mall Parking area in Jeffreys Bay.
MyMEAT™ DELIVERY
Door-to-door delivery to all normal Port Elizabeth Suburbs is R140 (orders under R1000).
Delivery to METLIFE Shopping Center collection point is R75 (orders under R1000).
Delivery to Kini Bay, Beachview and Seaview is R100 (orders under R1000).
Delivery to Fountains Mall, Jeffreys Bay collection point is R175 (orders under R1000).
Shipping for all orders over R1000 will be free of charge.
If you do not live in any of these areas, please feel free to contact us to see if we can make arrangements for you. ALL orders outside normal Port Elizabeth Suburbs (including Kini Bay, Seaview and Beachview) and Sardinia Bay, will attract an additional delivery amount which will be confirmed by Whatsapp upon receiving your completed order upon Checkout.
Alternatively, arrangements may be made to meet with you at a convenient place within the designated standard areas of delivery, providing that someone is available to receive your order at the arranged time.
If you provide a mobile number when you place your order, you will receive a WhatsApp message updating you with information regarding the planned delivery of your order on the evening before or morning of the Delivery Date of your order.
Scheduled Deliveries are planned to take place between 09H00 and 15H00 on the date arranged with you.
Use the Message area of the CHECKOUT page for your order, please be sure to add all relevant information, including questions you may have. We will make contact and discuss appropriately.
Additionally, if unsure, please feel free to WhatsApp us with your query regarding delivery so we may assist you promptly - we are here to assist.

CHECKOUT PURPOSES
Please note the below information regarding purchases
made of advertised products on our Braai Shop Only.
1.
Some products are priced with delivery INCLUDED -
These items are clearly marked with "INCLUDING DELIVERY"
2.
Due to the nature of many of our products, it is not possible to include delivery on an item -
examples of items illustrate a product in a size,
including or excluding optional items that may be ordered with the item, at a going price.
3.
If the product is purchased as described, the advertised price is valid,
and only packaging (if necessary) and delivery need to be added.
4.
Delivery costs are dependant on area of delivery
and what combination of products are ordered -
assuming an item may be purchased in the size advertised,
or a custom size item may be manufactured
based upon desired specifications and measurements received.
5.
While we strive to make our purchasing hassle-free as far as possible,
the quickest and easiest available means to ensure your order is understood,
and correctly place and priced, is one of the following:

Once the order details have been clarified and /or amended
as per your personal requirements,
we are able to establish dimensions and weight of the order
to be shipped to your given delivery address.
7.
Upon confirming delivery costs to your delivery address,
an official Invoice is provided with a full and clear description of your order.
8.
Banking details are noted on our Invoices, together with all your details and delivery address.
9.
Note that we have different TYPES of products:
a. Some products are in stock and ship immediately;
b. Some products are in stock with suppliers and can ship within 24-48hours from receiving payment;
c. Other products may need personalising and may take 5-7 days before shipment can take place;
d. Custom orders of larger items may need 7-12 days before shipment can take place.
You are assured throughout our process of personal attention to detail and getting your purchase delivered to your door asap.
10.
Orders for international delivery are welcomed and take a little bit longer due to customs clearing etc.
We are registered importers and exporters and are able to execute export orders successfully.
