The lockable grill grate locks the sandwich /food in the proper position, making the toasted broodjie or your grilled food easy to turn over.
This prevents those sandwich fillings to end up in your fire and you have experienced that many times.
The non-sticking coating is welcome for cleaning and the basket can be washed normally.
